Our refund policy is as follows:​

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.​

• Cancellations made within 4 days of arrival are non-refundable. 

• No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

• If we are able to rebook your room for the cancelled dates, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

 

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
