Booking

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. By making a reservation, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Alternative arrangements may be available by prior agreement.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests may be charged for any damage, excessive cleaning, or loss caused during their stay.

Smoking

Smoking and vaping are not permitted on site due to the age of the property.

Liability

While we take reasonable care to ensure guest safety and security, guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay where guests breach these Terms & Conditions, engage in unlawful behaviour, or cause disturbance to others.
